Job Description
Bolivar Medical Center
This position will be housed in the Bolivar Urology Clinic. They are looking for a team player with the below skill set and qualifications:
Demonstrates the ability to perform procedures within the CNA/CMA scope of practice per state law
Maintains a good working relationship within the department and with other departments
Administering injections
Collection and handling of lab specimens
Assisting with in-office procedures
Obtaining vital signs
Knowledgeable of EMR use for required documentation
Phlebotomy Certification preferred
Verifying patient/insurance eligibility and benefits
Communication with various insurance providers for prior authorizations
Scheduling
Adheres to dress code- Neat, clean appearance
Maintains patient confidentiality at all times
Treats patients and families with respect and dignity
Reports to work on time and as scheduled, completes work within designated time
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Certified Nursing Aide or Certified Medical Assistant required.
Previous experience in a clinic setting is preferred.
Phlebotomy Certification preferred

Our Health Support Center (HSC), in Brentwood, Tennessee, has subject matter expertise in every area of healthcare operations and provider services. The HSC is organized to bring resources to bear across the continuum of care, from before a patient accesses healthcare services to after they are sent home, while keeping quality and compliance at the center.
On a daily basis, our group leaders and subject matter experts are working with our local markets to help develop and implement the right strategies that ensure healthcare thrives in their communities.
