Conemaugh Nason Medical Center is currently hiring for an ICU/CCU Nurse Manager & Cardiopulmonary Manager. The Nurse Manager will be responsible and accountable for coordinating and supervising care provided to patients requiring intensive care, including advanced cardiac care for patients with acute MI, cariogenic shock, stabilization, post-cardiac procedure, post-infarction angina, congestive heart failure, cardiomyopathy, and life-threatening arrhythmias.
Maintains a 24 hour/7day a week responsibility and accountability of the Cardiopulmonary Department by promoting quality care, cost effective use of resources and professional growth.
Collects quality data, analyzes and reports trends for process improvement. Continually monitors to assure compliance with regulatory and accrediting standards.
Responsible for the professional development, oversight and management nursing and respiratory personnel. Develops orientation plans, identifies educational opportunities and implements staff education.
Provides direct nursing care to patients requiring critical care and advanced cardiac care.
Works with nursing department managers and nursing supervisors to provide whole house supervision on a rotating and as a needed basis.

Job Requirements
1. Current PA licensure - Registered Nurse and BSN or in health care administration required.
2. Minimum of five years' experience as a RN
3. Minimum of 2 years' experience in critical care
4. Supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership competence
5. ACLS required
6. CCRN preferred
