One of the critical ingredients to our success is the SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solution which will elevate how NIKE manages and governs master data used by our ERP solutions.
The team needs a strong MDG Functional Domain Specialist with experience working in an agile environment, whose focus will be to deliver the right solution with the highest quality and shortest lead time. In partnership with Architects, Business Stakeholders, Product Managers and Team Members you will lead the functional specification, configuration, and implementation activities for the master data governance processes in SAP MDG.
Responsibilities
* Work with stakeholders to define features and stories, breaking the work down for the iterations.
* Understand current needs, define features, determine success criteria, validate solutions, and evaluate customer satisfaction
* Ensure the Article/Product domain team has the full context and understanding of business partners and environment to build valuable solutions
* Provide hands on oversight of SAP-MDG configuration and functional specifications of development objects in and around the Article master domain
* Assess the business impact of different solutions and the trade-offs between stakeholder needs, technology requirements and timelines
* Plan, deliver, analyze and optimally communicate customer adoption, performance, time to market, solution quality and other metrics to stakeholders in the material domain
Skills
* An understanding of the Agile principles and methodologies and how theyre applied in workplace culture
* Able to solve sophisticated problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions
* In-depth knowledge of the relation between business process and the Products in the Program
* Ability to encourage and empower a diverse team of highly experienced MDG functional configurators within and surrounding the Article master domain
* Accurate planning work within the material domain and integrated with other technical workstreams
* Effective collaboration and relationship management
* Good oral and written communication skills at all levels of the organization
* Experience leading multi-functional work
* Demonstrable ability to respond to and prioritize changing demands effectively
* Experience owning the resolution of sophisticated global issues
* Ability to anticipate partner needs
* Experience in defining, designing and implementing innovative article master solutions
* Able to identify and resolve both process and people related issues
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in a lead role for designing and implementing the SAP MDG solutions
* Experience with configuration and implementation of SAP MDG systems for Material or Article Master
* Experience and knowledge of SAP material master data as it supports business processes.
* Experience working with business users on requirements definition
* Experience leading blueprint workshops to define CRUD processes
* Experience with Agile methodologies.
* Experience with Utopia RFM would be highly beneficial
* Experience with SAP S/4 HANA Fashion Management Solution preferred
* Experience integrating upstream enterprise data sources through MDG consolidations and added benefit
