As an Industrial Engineer, you will support operations across the North America Supply Chain! You will utilize your skills and knowledge to work on a team responsible for executing multiple simultaneous engineering projects. Possible projects include improving productivity and efficiency by providing workplace design and manual procedure development, small and large scale capital projects, support of engineered labor standards including time study, data gathering and analysis, and business case development in support of Nike Inc. business strategies and goals. We will rely on you for developing and maintaining a close relationship with stake holders in all functional areas within the facility management team. In addition, you will be responsible to train operations personnel on changes introduced through engineering initiatives. You will be responsible for getting results in cross functional groups, including internal and external resources, across a broad range of projects in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Lastly, in this role you will ensure that projects are supporting an overall program view for transformation of the North America Supply Chain that supports long term Nike Inc. goals including the Triple Double, as well as the Consumer Direct Offense.

WHAT YOU BRING

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in capital projects, program management, MHE design, process design, labor management system management or implementation, lean methodology, or related activities.
* Experience in Distribution Center or Fulfillment Center environment preferred.
* Demonstrated ability to operate in a team environment and contribute to successful execution of goals.
* Knowledge of MHE technologies and implications on processes, facility design, and supply chain impact
* Ability to interact with data infrastructure to retrieve and analyze data, review analytical data and determine the best course of action for all areas within scope.
* Statistical processes experience.
* Ability to facilitate meetings and training.
* Effective communication, and ability to achieve goals through influence.
* Strong written and verbal communications skills.
* Proven computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Ability to use technology for presentations and training purposes.
* PowerPoint, Access, AutoCAD, Alteryx, Tableau or simulation software and development with engineering labor standards experience is preferred.
