Job Summary
Focuses on process improvement, organizational change management, project management and other processes relative to the business. Project management includes estimating, scheduling, costing, planning and issue/risk management. This Project Manager will be leading highly visible health plan projects in WA with a variety of cross functional teams.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Under minimal to no supervision, provides analysis on large scale business requests that have a large degree of ambiguity and complexity. Typically in support of multiple state plans, two or more major functional areas, large scale projects, or several highly complex, technically challenging projects.
Proven ability to formulate compelling exec summaries and recommendations. Advanced knowledge of healthcare payer processes/business.
Completes advanced deliverables; ability to use modeling techniques to design and communicate solutions. Complete mastery of techniques for requirements gathering, process modeling, testing, etc.
Recognizes obstacles that require attention. Solves vague/ambiguous problems of a large scope/complexity. Only engages management chain for facilitation of serious roadblocks/concerns.
Supports projects that may have extensive cross functional impact and team organization.
Job Qualifications
Required Education
Bachelor's degree Or equivalent work experience
Required Experience
7-10 years of relevant work experience
Preferred License, Certification, Association
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
