Microsoft is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join the Digital Security & Resilience (DSR) organization as we undergo the journey to ensure that the right identities get access to the right resources at the right time, protected each step of the way.

The Program Manager in this role will help steer our identity-centric digital transformation and enable emerging scenarios for access at Microsoft. You will use data on the health of our services and infrastructure, user feedback, and input from stakeholders across the company to define and drive a variety of service improvement projects. These can include automation investments to adapt and scale our identity services, configuration changes to our conditional access model, or the launch of new features or service offerings to meet the ever-evolving needs of our business.

Key responsibilities:

* Provide technical project and program management for a cross-functional, highly visible, operations team supporting the Identity platform for Microsoft's corporate environment.
* Organize and lead multiple projects and show progress on planned execution on a monthly sprint cadence. Author functional and technical documentation.
* Identify opportunities to define and drive the implementation of a security policy baseline.
* Drive business & technical conversations with service engineering, security architects, service providers and business teams to improve and optimize service, protect the company, and enable new business scenarios.
* Collaborate effectively and inclusively with colleagues across the company, to drive clarity, generate energy, and deliver results.

Basic Qualifications:

* 4 years experience in Program Management or equivalent experience driving large-scale projects through effective collaboration, influence, and clarity
* BS/BA in engineering, business, security, or related fields or equivalent alternative education, skills or practical experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience driving enterprise initiatives focused on identity, virtualization, or security technologies.
* Familiarity with any of the following domains: directory services, identity management, multi-factor authentication, credential management, virtualized device access.
* Familiarity with any of the following relevant technologies: Azure Active Directory, Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD), Azure Multi-Factor Authentication, AAD Conditional Access.
* Experience with Agile or similar iterative planning & delivery methodology.
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
