This is a newly created role within the Client Testing and Integration team within Securities Services Core Platform Technology. The team is responsible (amongst other functions) for instruction capture testing with Securities Services clients. This ranges across multiple scenarios including testing to on-board new business, client platform changes, fax automation, strategic program delivery/ initiatives driven by J.P. Morgan or our clients. The team also manages all new connectivity and changes to existing connectivity for clients and provides Technology oversight and Project management across all technology deliverables for new client onboardings. The Testing and Process Automation Assistant will work alongside the main Client Testing and Integration Team and will encompass:
* Identifying and delivering on automation opportunities, process improvements and documenting/ updating workflows and best practices for all processes across the team
* Manage the requirements gathering and overall program delivery for the team of a new Workflow and request management system being built within Securities Services Core Platform Technology
* Work with partner groups and stakeholders across Product, Client Service, Operations and Technology to define and update processes to make cross team interaction more efficient and identify self-serve opportunities
* The role will also require a level of bau coverage for the core Client Testing and Integration team for the functions described above
* The candidate will be working in a team environment where flexibility and creativity are key
This role requires a wide range of strengths and capabilities, including:
* BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
* Working and operational knowledge of the Securities Services businesses particularly Custody, Fund Services (including Fund Accounting, TA), IMOS and other core services
* Experience in project managing multiple projects including knowledge of global and line of business project management standards and methods
* Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
* Knowledge of SWIFT specifically in relation to Securities Services
* Competence around connectivity options
* External Client facing experience
* Test Management familiarity with JUAT planning, coordination, execution
* Experience of process change and automation
