Job Description

As a member of the broader Paid Media team, this role is responsible for 3 key areas of focus:

* Channel Planning Build and govern a firmwide media planning process that delivers business results across lines of business through an enterprise audience centric approach, uniform measurement and evergreen governance.
* Partnership Building facilitate and execute firmwide partnerships with media owners that deliver efficiencies, measurement solutions, access to first to market and beta opportunities
* Internal Education educate internal LOB stakeholders on the emerging media landscape and provide strategic points of view on opportunities, media trends and the competitive landscape

Key Responsibilities at a Glance

* Partner with media buying, agency, and analytics teams on media planning processes and measurement solutions
* Ensure audience and data driven marketing efforts are integrated into the media planning process at ever junction
* Manage multiple agency and LOB contacts in the planning and execution of paid media activity
* Manage relationships with current direct publisher contacts to deliver competitive advantage
* Deliver efficiencies through agency and publisher governance
* Partner with analytics to develop test and learns that ladder into the enterprise learning agenda
* Champion consumer privacy as we implement improved targeting across paid channels
* Maintain a strong focus on operational controls and efficiencies

Qualifications and Skills:

* 8+ years of marketing experience in paid media, advertising technology, digital advertising or creative preferred.
* Experience in Financial services and/or highly regulated category preferred
* Track record of working on high profile launches and stewarding the communication planning process and experience
* Proven ability to influence and communicate with stakeholders across functions and at all levels (business, technology, operations, executives, peers)
* Excellent relationship skills, highly collaborative; can build rapport and credibility, and can drive desired business outcomes
* Ability to translate technical concepts into presentations that can be understood by non-technical individuals
* Exceptional partnering skills required to navigate a large organization
