Our team is seeking an experienced leader who engages with cross-functional teams to advance the products vision and strategy to satisfy customer needs:
* Serve as the voice of the customer and the final authority on product requirements.
* Provide leadership to the team by setting priorities and establish a strategic and tactical vision for the team, with accountability for overall product being delivered by teams
* Act as a strategic partner; influence senior leaders across the LOB/firm to drive solutions
* Define and communicate product vision and strategy in line with the customers long-term business goals
* Conduct market research and track industry developments. while understanding implications to product vision and strategy
* Identify market need, interfacing with customers as needed to define the scope and position of the product
* Define and manage product business metrics, including CSAT, cost, feature & functionality, risk posture and reliability
* Create and maintain the product roadmap and definition, inclusive of customer-facing SLOs/SLAs
* Develop budget, forecast and manages P&L
* Define pricing and cost recovery model with Finance
* Prioritize the product backlog, maintain a vision for the product, and accept/reject user stories developed by the team
* Oversee and drive the go-to-market and strategic marketing plans for the product
This role requires a wide range of strengths and capabilities, including:
* Strong knowledge of product management techniques (e.g., product strategy development, customer engagement)
* Experienced with process modelling techniques (e.g., value stream mapping)
* Strong knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, and emerging technologies
* Proven track record of financial management, such as investment processes, business case development, cost and recovery models
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate concepts to senior management and customers
* Strong practical experience in managing agile, cross-functional teams, often through influence (i.e., not direct oversight)
* Expert understanding of a business value drivers with some understanding of broader business context
* Ensures a client centric environment for work with teams and contributors
* Expert product manager focused on AI & technology products is an advantage
* Experienced manager of Delivery team, particular those based on AI Products using agile methodologies
