Performance Marketing is responsible for leading channel innovation, performance management, personalization, and execution of marketing initiatives across Chase. We are seeking to expand our team with a talented, data-driven Email Marketing leader focused creating more relevant, impactful email experiences for our customers.
This role requires someone who can transform the end to end process, rethinking of technology, and ability to scale the channel to meet the business demands. This is a highly visible strategic role with significant interaction with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across the firm. You must be customer obsessed, a pro at using data to create meaningful insights, take extreme ownership of outcome, and relentlessly drive value for our customers and the firm.

The Director of Email Channel Strategy manages a team with a robust book of work that include acquisition, servicing and engagement emails across multiple lines business. The ideal candidate for this position will have a combination of digital marketing and quantitative analytical skills along with proven team leadership experience.

Qualifications
* Bachelors with 10+ years experience in a related discipline
* Marketing experience, with an expertise in digital conversion strategies and innovation, within email, mobile or web channels a plus
* Experience working as a leader/manager in a fast paced environment, with strong skills in multi-tasking and prioritization
* High energy, solutions oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, working well under pressure with tight deadlines
* Strong relationship development and negotiating skills; able to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members
* Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
