The Retail Workplace Technician will be required to execute multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment with technology that is constantly evolving to improve, operations and customer experience. This position requires advanced hands on working knowledge of PC technology, functional experience in networking topology with a high degree of proficiency in administering Active Directory, and printer communication protocols. Candidate must possess an innovative ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches and strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication to provide direction and guidance to cross functional teams and field technicians. Initiative to work independently with a sense of urgency and ownership of technology delivery through the lifecycle of a project. The technical lead is responsible for securing the necessary change authorization that may be required to execute changes in the environment, and ensuring team members adhere to cooperate process, procedures and security policies. This position is also responsible for the management of smaller sized technology projects within the portfolio. The candidate will be required to oversee and report on the progress of these programs and work with both internal and external teams on their execution. This position requires ability to work multiple shifts, weekend, and occasional late/overnight support.
