Job Description

Sanctions Technology, GSM - Global Sanctions Manager is a core control process used in the detection, prevention and disruption of financial crime and in particular, sanctions risk. GSM is a case management workflow application for Transaction and Client Screening. The work is performed at the global level as well as in-country sanctions. Its used by Operators in global hubs.

As a PRPC application developer, you will work closely with development team members, technical leads, project managers, QA and UAT teams to ensure that quality code is delivered which meets the business and technical requirements in Agile methodology.
The position requires good business analysis and written and oral communication skills, knowledge of object oriented design and Web services, agile development methodology, an understanding of and some exposure to all aspects of the project life cycle, and strong technical development skills.

Ability to learn and adopt changes in technology such as new version of Pega PRPC and exploring new features of Pega PRPC like Robotics etc. This position is accountable to Technology management for application design, development, documentation, implementation and post-implementation maintenance.

Technical Skills:

* 4 to 7 years of Pega Exp Pega version: Pega 7, 8+.
* Pega certification is a must(CSSA / CLSA) + Java Experience
* Experienced in Agile methodology development
* Good to have experience on any PRPC Frameworks such as CPM, SI etc.
* Should have involved in architecture design and development PRPC 7.1.9 or 8+
* Strong knowledge and experience on Pega internals and product architecture
* Selenium knowledge and experience to automatework on testing scripts
* Good understanding of Database, Hands on web services and Oracle (DB DDL, DML, SP).
* Good in communication. Can independently drive calls/discussions with stakeholders
* Strong debugging skill and experience in connectors and services
* Experienced in Agile methodology development
* Financial industry work experience is desirable
* UNIX, Apache Tomcat , SQL knowledge is desirable
* Exposure to full life-cycle experience in large systems, preferably in the financial industry

Education Qualification:

* Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Computer Science or Information Technology.
