Functional Validation is looking for candidates with enthusiasm for problem solving and great team collaboration to join our team validating Intels CPU Products.
Our team provides logical validation of Intel Core CPU products for the duration of the product life cycle, from presilicon to post silicon, and customer support
We are responsible for test content creation, test plan definitions, and execution of content debug of failures.
Candidates should have a solid understanding of:
-Computer Architecture Hardware debug
-Windows or Linux software and debug and good experience with Python or C language programming
-Creating, defining, and developing system validation environments and test suites
-Use and application of emulation and platform level tools and techniques to ensure performance to spec
-Will be responsible for the development of methodologies execution of validation plans and debug of failures
-Requires a broad understanding of multiple system areas, and requires interfaces with Architecture Design and Presilicon Validation teams in improving post silicon test content, and providing feedback for future ondie debug features.

5+ Yrs Experience
BS or better in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Software Engineering Computer Science or similar degrees
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Logic Analyzers Protocol Analyzers Oscilloscopes and Multimeters
Hardware Debug
SW or Firmware Debug
