SUMMARY:

The Corporate Consolidation Manager will be a key member of the Corporate Controllership team responsible for the consolidation of the Companys financial statements, preparation of both internal and external financial reporting requirements and interacting with multiple levels of Company management. This individual will have an understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles; U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission reporting rules and regulations; and other reporting requirements, metrics and financial analysis, as well as the Companys current Consolidation and Reporting systems.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Responsible for the worldwide consolidation of the Companys financial statements, supporting internal and external financial reporting of the Company.
* Review consolidated results, identify discrepancies or issues, follow-up and resolve with country finance or corporate department leads.
* Provide timely reviews and analysis on the monthly/quarterly/yearly financial results of the Company and other financial information on a regular basis and generating associated reports. Intelligently and concisely explain results and key drivers.
* Assist in the preparation of quarterly financial reports, including SEC filings (Forms 10-Q and 10-K), earnings release materials, and investor presentations.
* Maintain strong relationships with country and corporate finance teams to ensure seamless submission and continued enhancement of reporting processes. Identify process improvements and cost reduction opportunities on an ongoing basis.
* Regularly communicate and coordinate with country and corporate finance teams or directors of financial planning and/or reporting to complete required deliverables.
* Participate in the global rollout of our new consolidation, planning and reporting tool OneStream set for a 2021 go-live
* Assist in the maintenance and upgrade and/or administration of the Companys Financial Reporting Information Systems and Reporting Tools (e.g. OneStream, SAP)
* Continue to monitor and enhance the financial close process, including investigating alternate procedures and new tools. Provide guidance and training to country finance personnel.
* Research, analyze and document technical/disclosure accounting issues.
* Assist in coaching and employee development of the country level consolidation team members as needed.
* Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Economics is required

, CPA certification is optional but preferred

The candidate must have minimum 4-7 years of progressive responsibility within a large public accounting firm and/or large publicly-listed company with global operations. Demonstrated experience with foreign currency translation and global entity consolidation experience will be required.

General knowledge of U.S. GAAP reporting requirements

Demonstrate experience in reviewing and interpreting financial statements and data. Must be able to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.

Ability to: interface and collaborate with peers, management and other departments.

Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Highly motivated individual with a strong sense of urgency and rigorous attention to detail to meet deadlines

Successful candidate will lead process improvement and change within the organization

Knowledge and experience using Essbase, SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Some travel may be required.
