GENERAL FUNCTION: The EWS Specialist I is responsible for supporting the delivery of solutions across Enterprise Workplace Services in pursuit of business requirements and objectives. They will administer tasks within the department consistently and efficiently in order to achieve operational excellence. EWS Specialists contribute to and support strategies and initiatives that are led by others. They are responsible for operational service continuity through effective planning and work effort execution.

Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Banks risk appetite, achieves results.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Assists in the on-boarding and off-boarding of properties.
* Responsible for executing invoicing process:
* Issues purchase orders and assists in expense tracking, invoice research, and reconciliations.
* Codes and routes invoices and researches work orders.
* Receipting of goods and services as needed

* Sets up, tracks and revises projects in system of record.
* Processes close out of projects and other purchase orders.
* Assists with new vendor set ups.
* Maintains files in compliance with EWS policies and procedures.
* Document/update processes and procedures via Knowledge Bank Articles
* Assists with the preparation of Appropriation Requests.
* Processes business licenses, permit renewals and required warranties.
* Provides support for business continuity and disaster preparedness and recovery efforts.
* Generates various reports (work orders, financial, security, etc.) as requested.
* Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with other team members and partners, and provides superior service with utmost professionalism.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

* Bachelors degree (or nearing completion of degree) in Business, Finance, or Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience.
* Experience in business, finance, operations, and/or corporate real estate
* Ability to collaborate and work as a team across multiple internal and external functions (HR, IT, Finance, partners and external vendors)
* Highly organized and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
* Ability to establish and maintain strong positive relationships.
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills as well as verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to use all Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Access
