Job Title: Locksmith
Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services is seeking a Locksmith for a bid proposal in Camp Springs, MD and Washington, DC.
*** This position is contingent upon contract award. ***
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of personnel in this position include, but are not limited to:
* Repairing key locksets
* Fabricating and replicating keys
* Opening key locksets; Installing, performing maintenance, repairing, replacing, removing, opening, and resetting of mechanical, electronic combination cipher locks, electronic card locks, and electronic security systems to include replacing lockset batteries when necessary
* Unlocking buildings, safes, vaults, file cabinets, desks, lockers (with or without combination or key), etc., to gain access when authorized; and Performing improvement, alteration, and adaptation of locking devices and systems.
Qualifications.
* Certified and bonded by both D.C. and the State of Maryland.
* Must have Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance
* Must fluently speak, read and write the English language
