Role Responsibilities

In this execution role, you will be responsible for providing execution and architectural leadership during the deployment of enterprise-scale multi-year Technology Strategy roadmaps, extending beyond the current confidence and market horizon. This role will work closely with the Technology Strategy author to ensure the roadmap capabilities and related technologies deployed are in alignment with the Strategy Vision. You will be a technology leader, guiding program/project managers and technical resources in achieving the agreed upon outcomes of the Technology Strategy. In the cases where discovery or proof-of-concept work is needed, you must be prepared to lead or perform this technical work yourself, to determine the best technology or course of action to proceed with.

* Responsible for facilitating internal and external technical discussions in relation to a Technology Strategy
* Responsible for roadmap execution activities related to a Technology Strategy in the form of implementing new capabilities, services or solutions
* Consultant to operational teams during strategy execution
* Interface daily with PMO & Product Owner(s) to drive deliverable timelines
* Input roadmap items to an enterprise roadmap application
* Active contributor of the technology strategy core team that authors Strategy Roadmaps
* Assist vendor risk management and security architecture functions when onboarding new technology

Minimum Requirements

* 8 years of experience working in one or more technical roles
* Broad technical skillset with a passion for innovation and leading-edge technology
* Experience tracking and managing multiple work streams simultaneously
* Experience leading a technical team or workgroup to achieve a stated objective
* Experience with forecasting workstreams based on business needs and appetite

Preferred Skills

* Experience as a solution architect in a fast-growth environment
* A technology-related degree, professional certification or equivalent experience
* Certification and/or experience operating within one of the Enterprise Architecture frameworks
* Experience as a Scrum Master or a Scrum Master certification
* Experience documenting and presenting technical artifacts to a non-technical Leadership audience
