Job Description

Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following

* Placing containers on the production line
* Operation of the depalletizer
* Veggie or Fruit Prep
* Reman
* Sugar Cutter
* Rework
* Nut Dumper
* Drum prep
* Participates in Lean Manufacturing activities (5S, Autonomous Maintenance, Sanitation tasks)

Position Qualifications

* Must have earned a High School diploma or proof of GED
* Must successfully pass a drug screen
* Must successfully pass a background check
* Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position which may include weekends
* Must be able to read, write and communicate in English as it relates to the job and the safety regulations
* Must be able to perform physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. These include:
* Constant Standing, walking, lifting
* Frequent Bending, Stooping, Squatting, Pushing, Pulling
* Occasional Ladder climbing
* Periodic lifting of up to 80 lbs
* Must be able to perform all job functions safely
* Must understand and adhere to the Good Manufacturing Procedures
* Must become proficient in semi-skilled tasks and meet the company performance standards
