Work related duties: Working with Body fluids and pap smears. Staining specimens for cytologist / pathologist review. Computer input and patient information are processed in Cerner system. Slide and paperwork filing included. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Accessions, stains, coverslips and labels Gyn and Non- Gyn specimens. Maintains accurate records of each specimen and result. Enter computer demographics of each cytology specimen.
