Job Description
The Patient Service Associate is responsible for patient meal service, e.g. menu selection, tray assembly, tray delivery and pick up, special requests and needs. The Patient Service Associate must communicate patient food issues, concerns, and needs to Food and Nutrition Services and interact with nursing in regards to patient meal needs. The Patient Service Associate interacts with the dietitian & records percent food intake and completes intake analysis (calorie counts) when ordered. The Patient Service Associate reacts accurately and effectively to all menu or meal changes to ensure efficient timing of services, accuracy of physicians ordered.

Education / License / Certification:
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience / Skills:
* One (1) year healthcare experience preferred
