Intel Assessment Analyst, Senior

As an intelligence assessment analyst, you will use your specialized technical experience and your attention to detail to develop products to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. As an intelligence assessment analyst on our team, youll help your client understand the prioritization of national intelligence to assess IC-wide metrics. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, youll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources including finished intelligence products sourced from policymakers and various agencies across the IC. Youll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build intelligence assessments for senior policy makers and intelligence officials. As the authority on intelligence analysis, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset into areas like assessment metrics, making professional products with Word and PowerPoint, and gauging intelligence assessments against national intelligence priorities. Youll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. You have:

* 10+ years of experience in the technical field of analysis
* 3+ years of experience in the IC
* 5+ years of experience in drafting all-source finished intelligence analysis for senior policymakers and senior intelligence officers
* Experience in assessing complex qualitative and quantitative information
* Experience in delineating judgments and the evidentiary basis in a clear, concise, and analytic written products
* Experience in performing quantitative and qualitative analysis and methodology development
* Experience in working effectively in analytic teams
* TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
* BA or BS degree

Nice if you have:

* Experience in regional or functional topics
* Experience in applying quantitative analytic methods in the conceptualization and drafting of evaluations on enterprise wide issues
* Experience with survey techniques and experience in designing and running surveys
* Knowledge of intelligence priority topics and the supporting intelligence information needs
* Ability to generate reports, charts, and plots of distribution and trends, descriptive statistics, and complex statistical analyses
* Possession of excellent conceptualization skills
* MA or MS degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
