Position Summary
Oversee all aspects of e-Commerce inventory management and financial forecasting and planning. Partner with various leaders within the organization including Merchandising, Marketing, and Warehouse Management to monitor and execute inventory and financial plans to drive to enterprise level digital plan. Essential Job Functions

* Create and revise all components of a rolling merchandise forecast for total enterprise e-Commerce division at a daily / monthly / quarterly level including sales, margin, receipts, inventory, and turn
* Create and align with fulfillment centers on sales and operation plans (S&OP) which includes all digital promotional activities, outbound orders, and inbound receipts to ensure service-level agreements (SLA's) are met
* Partner with category managers (CM) and assortment managers on enterprise sku assortment to determine needed inventory levels
* Collaborate and independently make day-to-day decisions which affect gross margin dollars
* Partner with the category managers and assortment managers to influence promotional plans
* Analyze and anticipate selling patterns to influence replenishment strategy
* Conduct detailed pre- and post-promotional analysis, and present insights and recommendation to CM team and leadership
* Perform analysis to identify areas of risk and opportunity and help create action plans
* Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supply, identify risk from excess inventory
* Partner with category managers and assortment managers to determine correct quantities for buy-ins and maintain accountability for stock turns by brand
* Create annual plans alongside category management team and present to senior leadership
* Maintain high levels of promotional product availability during promotional periods while minimizing aging and discontinued inventory levels
* Drill into inventory levels and quality of inventory to recommend optimum use of receipt dollars
* Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
* Travel to different work campuses, such as the Landings, and to attend company meetings

Minimum Position Qualifications

* 3+ years experience in one of the following areas: replenishment buying/procurement, merchandising, store management, operations, or brand management
* Demonstrated ability to coach and train
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail

Desired Previous Experience/Education

* Bachelor's Degree
* Division Sales Manager, Store Coordinator, or Store Manager
* Vendor negotiations
* Promo planning
