Johnson & Johnson Vision is recruiting for a Senior Manager, ACUVUE Loyalty Solutions, Field Engagement to be located in Jacksonville, FL or remote in the United States.

ACUVUE Preferred is a first-of-its-kind Professional Partnership Program. The Senior Manager, ACUVUE Loyalty Solutions, Field Engagement will be responsible for the ACUVUE Loyalty Solutions end to end sales experience. Translating marketing strategy across our field sales engagements including considerable cross-functional partnership across sales training, operations, marketing and with the field sales organization to craft our go-to-market strategy, ensuring executional excellence. They will be directly responsible for identifying the competencies and capabilities required to be successful in the ACUVUE Preferred Loyalty Program, for identifying current opportunities, and for creating impactful roadmaps and solutions to drive share growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the identification of the key field sales competencies required to succeed with the ACUVUE Preferred Program.
* Own the development of the curriculum and support content creation to ensure development of key competencies in partnership with Sales Training.
* Lead effective field communications and ensure consistency across all touchpoints with field sales representatives.
* Use field sales expertise to influence the evolution of the marketing and program strategy.
* Provide insights without effort to the field organization and translate data into action-oriented recommendations.
* Partner with Professional, Consumer, and Product activation leads to ensure consistent messaging in market that drives action.
* Partner with external agency partners to build sales training and field engagement solutions
* Partner with internal Sales force effectiveness teams to understand call data, identify gaps, and ensure call continuum and call plans are established

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree required
* A minimum of five (5) years total business experience is required
* Ability to demonstrate successful Field Sales leadership experience is required
* A proven ability to influence cross-functional and senior management to impact decision-making is required
* A demonstrated analytical mentality, strong business acumen, ability to turn insights into action, and influence fact-based decision making is required
* Interpersonal flexibility to effectively interact with a broad range of personnel, strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills are required
* This position is based in Jacksonville, FL with remote working opportunities.
