As an IT Systems Analyst Senior or Lead on the Enterprise Monitoring Team, you’ll build partnerships to understand our customers: who they are, what they need, and how they engage with us to assist them with Enterprise Monitoring adoption. As an Agile team member, you'll assist our customers in problem solving, business value analysis and enabling self-service of our products to support our customer requirements. We are a direct customer facing team (IT and Business) that helps to provide our customers with guidance needed to mature their adoption of the Customer and Operational Data Intelligence capabilities within their domains. We act as customer liaisons in our Enterprise Monitoring organization and strive to aid our customers to advance their reactive and pro-active Progressive’s monitoring capabilities. Must-have Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology, or related discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Math, Information Systems) and a minimum of four years of related work experience designing, developing, programming and/or supporting IT Systems and applications.
Instead of a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of six years of related work experience as mentioned in above bullet point may be accepted.

Compensation
Senior level: $71,400-$95,200/year
Lead level: $86,400-$115,200/year
Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
