We're looking for a Cash & Liquidity Management Analyst to:
• ensure accurate and timely input of payments according to the rules and regulations of the booking center
• initiate opportunity for business and process enhancement
• execute, monitor, and analyze intraday cash and liquidity management: including payments and balance thresholds
• manage the daily funding process by composing and calculating projections, as well as, documenting the analysis of positions through using reports, applications, and Excel
• provide our clients accurate daily cash projections to effectively fund the firm
• work and build strong partnerships with our clients and colleagues by establishing effective relationships and maintaining open communication in order to coordinate intraday liquidity and funding
• understand and mitigate risks associated with cash and liquidity management processes by creating and maintaining controls
• collaborate in projects to identify and create opportunities that can streamline inefficiencies to provide enhanced procedures
Your team
You’ll be working in the Cash and Liquidity Management team in Nashville, TN. We’re part of the Personal and Corporate Banking Organization in Group Operations. Our team is responsible for the management and regulatory compliance of all UBS intraday and residual balances. The role's responsibilities are primarily accomplished through risk management, process excellence, reporting and maintaining effective relationships through open communication and effective collaboration with internal clients, business partners and fellow members of your team.
Your expertise
• ideally Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or other similar discipline
• ideally 1-2 years of experience with a bank or payment responsibilities
• working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
