Specialty Sales Executive II
Work location: Will report out of Manchester, NH location
Anthems Specialty Business Team is looking to hire a Specialty Sales Executive II to cover the state of New Hampshire. He/she will function as a Specialty Sales Executive/Hybrid Account Manager for the market. This is a critical role for the team as it has Specialty New/Upsell Sales and Account Management ownership. He/she is responsible for acquiring new specialty business through brokers in conjunction with the health account executive.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Prospects accounts and produces revenue through new and renewal sales. Generates lead activity and makes sales calls. Develops relationship-building strategies and utilizes selling techniques to acquire new business. Manages the business plan and products to maximize volume. Has met or exceeded stated sales objectives, on average, for the past three years. Anticipates account needs and negotiates solutions while developing strategies to deepen relationships.

Qualifications
BA/BS; 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Life and Health (L&H) insurance license required.
Highly preferred experience:
-Experience selling insurance for a managed care organization, a brokerage, or a consulting firm.
