Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Technical Lead Analyst for its Tampa, Florida location.
Duties: Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end software solutions customized for Citis Markets & Securities Services business. Responsible for functional delivery on automated trading and execution platforms. Play a key role in global coordination of requirements and building new platforms. Utilize Java framework, Spring/Hibernate, Perl script, and Linux shell to design and maintain sophisticated automated solutions. Serve as a first-line developer for Citis technology initiatives, including the development of our Automated Trading System. Design and implement end-to-end software application functionalities. Analyze technical and business requirements. Design and implement technical solutions. Design, develop, and implement new systems and components. Support testing by reviewing and preparing technical documentation. Identify and resolve technical issues, and work alongside support teams to implement solutions as needed. Mentor and provide guidance to junior development team members.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Java Programmer, Applications Development Programmer Analyst, Applications Development Tech Lead Analyst, or related position within the financial services industry. 6 years of work experience must include: Java Programming; Product Design; Sybase/Microsoft SQL Server/Oracle; Spring Framework, Hibernate, Bitbucket, and zeroc ice; Rest API, Microsoft Project and Gurobi; Perl Script; and IDE (eclipse/intellij).
