Job Description

* Responsible for identification and implementation of key transformation initiatives, including development of the business case, pipeline prioritization, tracking and reporting on progress against all financial and non-financial metrics.
* Responsible of conducting End to End reviews and engaging cross functional teams to deliver quantifiable results
* Drive execution to increase operational efficiency, reduces process variation, increase growth & innovation and add value to customer experience.
* Collaborate with partners across process areas, regions and levels to identify and solve cross-functional challenges.
* Integrate reengineering approach and methodology, as an enabler to the successful execution of the organization's business strategy.
* Instill a continuous improvement mindset within and across all lines of business and corporate.
* Performs other duties and functions as assigned.
* Strongly influence Securities Services Leadership partners and other stakeholders to achieve goals
* Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
* Perform and promote process re-engineering and a continued improvement mindset using Lean concepts, and leveraging Process Mapping tools.
* Conduct detailed analysis of products and processes to determine which of them could be improved, centralized or automated, as well as the creation of business cases.

Qualifications:

* 10+ years experience in a related role with extensive experience in business & functional management.
* Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. Master Black Belt certification is preferred.
* Strong understanding of Lean, Design thinking and Smart automation methodologies and proven ability to lean out and automate processes.
* Proven Experience in leading large projects and delivering Quantifiable results.
* Understanding of innovation. Hands on experience on digitization & visualization tools.
* Strong experience in defining, measuring and reporting actionable metrics.
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
* Strong presentation skills at the executive level.
* Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
* Ability to rationalize and work through organizational change. Proven track record in terms of evaluating process performance across key metrics and envisioning ways to reengineer the process to create significant improvement across all key variables.
* Ability to influence and engage in a consultative mode with various senior stakeholders across business, operations, technology and compliance to define the strategic scope, a problem solving approach and engage others to achieve the envisioned results.
* Ability to engage and motivate diverse teams in multiple locations, including senior managers. High potential employee with focus on delivery and excellence.

Education:

* Bachelors/University degree, Masters degree preferred
