Job Description

* Global custody is a part of the Custody and Fund Services organization.
* The Global Custody Product Manager is a senior position responsible for setting strategy, providing direction and leadership. This role is located in Tampa Florida and the incumbent will be responsible for Product solutions and ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction.
* This role will be responsible for the definition and strategy of the product offering, ensuring Citi grows its position in the market while defending our platinum relationships.

Responsibilities:

* Execution against strategy to increase revenues and margin in line with NAM business objectives
* Enhance Global Custody Product to ensure Citis offering is highly competitive in terms of capability and client experience versus competitor products
* Manage senior client engagement and relationships
* Own and lead initiatives to consistently deliver a leading product and service proposition
* Oversee strategic roadmap, development, launch and communication to gain maximum benefit
* Oversee day to day product management, of the client experience and client communication strategies.
* Monitor service indicators to ensure client satisfaction, measuring actual performance and driving corrective action where required
* Coordinate and implement team procedures, client problem resolutions and client management
* Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firms reputation, its clients and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.
* Manage NAM Regions market communications impacting the Global Custody Product
* Partner with implementations and oversee the client implementation process In support of large strategic clients
* Represent NAM Global custody in global or other regional projects impacting the Global Custody product

Qualifications:

* 6-10 years industry experience
* Strong understanding of the Global Custody business
* Experience managing across multi-function and/or global business
* Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
* Demonstrated problem solving, decision making and analytical skills
* Demonstrated experience in managing change, including introduction of emerging technologies
* Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
* Demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication; Excellent presentation skills
* Strong project management and execution skills
* Define, document and execute product enhancements
* Ability to foster team work and develop matrix teams to execute client solutions

Education:

* Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience
* Masters degree preferred
