Tax Reporting and Compliance - M2 Manages a team responsible for preparing and maintaining tax and regulatory records, returns, and reports for internal and/or external clients. Assists clients with development of tax and other regulatory strategies and makes recommendations for compliance with regulations. Oversees work performed by the team. Designs, implements and monitors metrics customized to respective clients. Presents analysis and tax and other regulatory strategy recommendations to clients. Manages processes for conducting calculations and reporting on behalf of clients. Assists clients in addressing tax and/or regulatory questions posed by their investors. Partners with Corporate Tax to monitor the regulatory landscape and recommends and implements resulting process changes. Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team. Manages a team of Tax Reporting and Compliance professionals and support staff. Responsible for the achievement of team goals and objectives, talent management and supervision of team members.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a business discipline or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 5-7 years of total work experience and 0-1 years of management experience preferred. Experience in tax reporting and analysis preferred.
