As the Account Executive- Employee Benefits, you will have accountability for supporting our Special Markets employee benefits business in the greater Dallas, Texas area. You will partner with our key PEO vendor to support their employer benefits business development and retention plans. You will spend your time working with vendor staff and their clients managing, facilitating and providing productive and proactive insights and recommendations to help the business grow.
Serve as the benefits expert and strive for the highest levels of service when managing vendor/client communication
Research and analyze data contributing to the development and enhancement of a clients insurance program and recommend appropriate coverage
Manage an assigned territory with focus on client satisfaction
Train and develop new staff to ensure they understand our clients needs, expectations, and requirements in service delivery
Manage the designated block of business
Work on individual or corporate projects assigned by the management team

Required:
* Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience

High School Diploma/GED and 8 years related experience required.
* Insurance License required
