POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the general supervision of the Emergency Department
Clinical Operations Manager and the direct supervision of the Charge Nurse, the Emergency Department Technician, provide a variety of patient care activities and accommodative services for assigned patients.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
A. EMT Basic or greater with documented competency in Providing basic medical care in accordance with Competency inventory preferred.
B. Current BLS.
C. Previous experience in hospital/nursing home patient Care setting preferred.
D. COAP within ninety (90) days from hire.
