Better requires process discipline and simplification

We’ll be looking to you to administer the day-to-day operations of Western Union’s sales commission system that include running processes related to quarterly commission runs, responding to system-related inquiries and working with IT to resolve data integration issues.  You will work with the Sales Compensation Design and Operations teams to plan, review and revise the system configuration to meet evolving business and operations needs on an annual and ad hoc basis. You’ll manage end-to-end technical administration process, including but not limited to user access, profile maintenance, validation of calculation results, and delivery of reporting and analytics tools.  You will perform complex business and systems analysis work, root cause analysis and provide long-term technical solutions.  You’ll be responsible for successful implementation of new functionality by working closely with business partners and technical teams to gather and define requirements, recommendations, document changes for change control purposes, design and implement solutions, and ensure user ease of adoption.   

For such a pivotal role, you will have 3+ years of system analyst/system configuration experience, Xactly Sales Compensation system preferred. You will have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in information systems, computer science human resources management or business administration.  You will be familiar with implementation, strategy, development, and support of technology systems.  You’ll have experience in prior large-scale system implementation from vendor selection to go-live. You will be organized, communicative, and easily manage and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent analytical capabilities and high level of attention to detail. You’ll be detail oriented and have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
