Sr. Technical Sales Support Specialist - Electrophysiology

About the role:

Provide clinical and technical product support to Boston Scientific field personnel, clinicians, and other internal customers regarding market-released electrophysiology and diagnostic (e.g. implantable cardiac monitor) products. Help our customers use our products by providing immediate, accurate and up-to-date information and assisting in troubleshooting, problem solving and assessment of product operation. This is a full-time position, within hours of operation of Monday-Friday, 6:30 am 7:00 pm Central time.

The candidate identified for this role can sit in Arden Hill, MN or at any Remote site

Your Responsibilities Include:
* Achieve and maintain proficiency in market-released and future products. Achieve and maintain working knowledge of clinical product operation.
* Provide advanced troubleshooting and general product support to customers via multiple communication pathways (phone, email, etc.).
* Utilize extensive product knowledge and thorough understanding of clinical application to analyze and assess product operation and make recommendations for optimal product management.
* Document and evaluate customer inquiries, comments and concerns.
* Create relevant technical publications and reference materials.
* Maintain up-to-date general industry knowledge, including current investigational studies and preliminary results.
* Educate and train customers through phone consultation, training programs, written correspondence and general field assistance.
* Participate in pre-market-release technical evaluation of products.
* Assist with complaint investigation and communication of findings.

What Were Looking For In You:

Required Qualifications:
* 4 years combined clinical and industry experience in electrophysiology procedures such as cardiac mapping and ablation
* Experience operating the RHYTHMIA HDx Mapping System
* Strong technical writing skills
* Flexible communication style
* Excellent research and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree preferred
* 8 years combined clinical and industry experience in electrophysiology procedures such as cardiac mapping and ablation
* BSC RHYTHMIA Mapping Specialist certification (past or present)
* Direct patient care experience or experience in a healthcare environment
* Strong technical knowledge of industry-wide electrophysiology products
* Strong understanding of relevant procedures and associated medical terminology
