This is a Defined Term position scheduled for 24 months

About the Role:

At Boston Scientific, our products and technologies are used to diagnose or treat a wide range of medical conditions including heart, digestive, pulmonary, vascular, urological, pelvic health, and chronic pain conditions. We are making considerable improvements to our global product support operations. In this role, you will partner with the Systems & Business Process team and Salesforce IT team, documenting current and future state processes and any concurrent changes. The work will be critical to the redesign of the Global Service Management System. The developed / revised processes must be in alignment with global quality system requirements and process requirements.

Your Responsibilities Include:
* Core team member on the ServiceMax 2.0 product team.
* Gather requirements, create and maintain process maps, support user acceptance testing, create training material and documentation, provide training, develop processes, tools, templates, and reports with a high degree of accuracy required to support the overall Capital Equipment business.
* Strive for continuous improvement in documentation: review documentation and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, content, delivery, etc.; ensure technical accuracy, grammar, content and visual appeal; edit documents in accordance with formatting and template requirements; validate documentation for accuracy, readability, and usability.
* Execute the necessary tasks to generate new documents, revise existing documents, or obsolete existing documents.
* Respond and act on employee feedback about documentation and related systems
* Build training content and work with training team to develop training and/or site guidance on documented processes and support new user and refresher training.
* Support functions, regions and business units in their initial rollout of the global service management system 2.0 (GSMS), and ongoing use of the system.
* Practice continuous improvement by improving processes and procedures, eliminating non-value-added activities.

What Were Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
* 3-5 of experience in supporting sales, service, planning and/or analytics
* Proven experience preparing written documentation and work instructions/procedures.
* Experience with Microsoft Office tools specifically O365 (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, VISIO)
* Excellent communication / facilitation skills with the ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization.
* Self-motivated independent worker.
* Perform to a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
* Highly adaptable, flexible and willing to accept new ideas, processes, and procedures
* Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
* Detail oriented and organized

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working within Service and Product support teams
* Experience with Windchill PDM process or any other document management system
* Understanding of the software/product development lifecycle and methodologies
* Technical aptitude and business systems management experience.
* Project management skills.
* Familiarity with JIRA, Salesforce, SAP
