Customer Experience Digital Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Support the business through analysis, reporting, segmentation, and general analyst duties related to the digital marketing efforts. Apply specific functional and working or general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance and review or guide the activities of junior employees, if needed. This position is open to remote delivery from any location in the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

Basic Qualifications:

* Experience with strategic marketing
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience with working on multiple projects
* Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research
* Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks
* Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
* Ability to obtain a security clearance
* BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

* Experience with using R, Python, and SLQ to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets
* Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
* Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
* Experience with user research
* Knowledge of market research
* MA or MS degree
