The Enterprise Commercial Product (ECP) department of Zions Bancorporation is looking for a Product Manager to manage products within ECP with a focus on product analytics and internal/external communications across various channels including print, digital, and video.

The ECP Product Manager understands that product management is cross-functional and involves strategic thinking, product analytics, market research, client interaction and experience design, resource planning and general awareness of goals versus constraints. Product Managers are accountable for finding the best balance between various stakeholders including third party vendors, internal and external customers, and long-term strategies. This position will be expected to conceptualize, design, develop and deliver a dynamic architecture of effective product communications, partnering with other Product Managers and affiliate teams to create consistent and integrated product collateral and customer communication. A strong understanding of data analytics and product metrics is required in order to provide data driven insights and to produce actionable information.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience to:

* Create and design product launch activities.
* Collaborate with Product Management and affiliate marketing teams to create consistent and, integrated product collateral including digital content, marketing slicks, etc.
* Contribute to the financial success of ECP products, including pricing strategy and growth opportunity identification for products/services
* Interacts with senior management on matters requiring coordination across organizational lines
* Collaborate with internal Legal & Compliance teams to ensure product collateral and customer communications adhere to regulatory guidelines.
* Establish performance benchmarks and measure success metrics for internal communications.
* Compile and validate portfolio data to analyze Treasury Managements products/segments and assist with pricing and marketing strategy
* Research and provide analysis (competitive, industry, cost/benefit, operating trends, product utilization, metric tracking, customer portfolio, evaluation of possible vendor partners, market research, etc.), for Treasury Managements strategic planning objectives
* Assist with pricing structure and positioning for existing & new product lines and work with multiple internal product management groups as well as the client service/sales team on cross-selling opportunities and programs.
* Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Manager(s).

We want a highly motivated individual and a self-starter who has:

* Requires a bachelors degree in business, information systems or related field and 4+ years experience in product management, product analysis, design, and development or other directly related experience.
* Experience with marketing communications and techniques related to the financial industry.
* Extensive knowledge/experience of bank services/products preferred.
* Prior experience with setting up client focus groups and advisory councils is a plus.
* Knowledge of product analysis, metrics development, process improvements and product optimization.
* Strong research, problem solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, in writing or presentations.
* Experience in copywriting and editing is a plus.
* Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, BI) - must be proficient in VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables. Charts/Graphs etc.).
* Must have strong problem solving and project management skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, interact and collaborate effectively with all levels of our diverse organization with outstanding written & verbal communication skills.
* Must be able to effectively manage multiple ongoing projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
* Self-motivated, able to work independently, take initiative, and work in a heavily deadline-oriented environment.
* Must be organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and hit the ground running.
* Working knowledge of HTML, digital, and modern web technologies.
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
* Basic knowledge of digital publishing software.
* Experience in web design and content production.
* A combination of education and experience may meet the above requirements.
