We are looking for a Client Service Associate (Teller) to provide top notch customer service to our clients and customers at our Bellaire banking center. Ideal candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to:
* Provide full service banking by processing all financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner within established authorized limits.
* Utilize knowledge of available bank products and services to expand and increase client relationships.
* Deliver exceptional customer experience while uncovering product or service needs for referral opportunities.
* Perform all duties in compliance with laws, regulations and bank policies and procedures.
* Adherence to the banks security policies while maintaining confidentiality of bank records and client information.
* Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Degree or equivalent and 1+ years of experience in teller, sales, cashiering, or customer service. An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualification.
* Schedule: Monday Friday: 1:00 PM 5:150 PM., Saturday: 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM, 20 hours/week
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule within the hours listed above
* Experience preferred in meeting sales goals and/or sales referral goals
* Must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
* Salary and job level commensurate with experience.
Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 hours or more per week are eligible for a full benefits package.
