The Amazon Consumables Private Brands team is creating a global portfolio of premium consumables products to meet customers' daily needs. We are looking for a results-focused Content manager to drive unique and innovative merchandising initiatives for Amazon Consumables Private Brands and to build out scalable marketing solutions in a high-growth, fast paced environment. The role will require knowledge of a wide range of marketing disciplines including direct response, affiliate marketing, non-traditional marketing, content management and in-store and online merchandizing.
Success in this role requires seeing the big picture, defining ambitious plans and goals, building programs and processes to scale, and then rolling up your sleeves and executing in a rapidly changing environment. You will be an independent, creative problem-solver with a great voice and content creation chops (i.e. strong writing skills), and be able to lead multiple projects simultaneously while managing competing deadlines. You will execute merchandising, brand and new product marketing initiatives, including content creation for on- and off-site customer experiences. You will also have proven data analysis skills and success increasing customer adoption, awareness and discovery of new products in a crowded environment -- as well as be a passionate advocate for customers, their on-site experience, and their ongoing interaction with Amazon.
Key responsibilities will include:
Build online and in-store channel strategies that maximize discoverability and conversion for Consumables Private Brand products.
Establish a world-class destination for the Consumables Private Brands product lines, including landing page and custom detail pages and own testing and conducting in-depth analyses on various approaches to messaging and presentation.
Own the planning and execution of new marketing platform opportunities that will drive long-term success and develop ongoing processes and merchandising strategies for new and customized user experiences.
Flawlessly execute marketing campaigns, running A/B tests to optimize creative and campaign targeting.
Write clear, concise, and effective marketing copy, ensuring high standards and application of Private brand products voice. Proposes new creative approaches that leverage customer feedback, customer data, and marketing research.
Use analytical insights to create actionable strategies that will help increase teams effectiveness against customer acquisition and retention goals.
Own reporting of key content and marketing metrics to the leadership team and broader organization.
Earn trust and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholder teams to drive program support.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
4+ years of experience in marketing or content development.
Bachelors degree in Marketing or Communication.
Experience creating marketing communications that drive acquisition and deepen customer relationships.
Excellent cross-group collaboration skills, ability to impact outcomes in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills - ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
MBA or Masters degree in marketing or product management field.
Editorial or copywriting experience.
Track record of managing and optimizing online traffic growth from multiple sources including, direct traffic, SEO, search marketing, banner ads, affiliates, social, and email.
Proven track record of defining and delivering innovative marketing campaigns that drive long-term results.
