DESCRIPTION

Ring is seeking a talented Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Product Discovery team. The Senior Technical Program Manager drives growth initiatives that can help customers unlock whole home security experiences in and around their homes. We are a growing team that works on building features throughout the customer journey to help customers enhance their experience with Ring products.

This role will report directly to the Head of Product Discovery and will work cross-functionally across product, engineering, business intelligence, data management, and senior business stakeholders to lead the charge on technically challenging programs and projects. You should have a demonstrated track record of success delivering high quality software products and services in both mobile and web applications as well as strong technical and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities:
Define and execute on the overall product and feature roadmap.
Work with internal teams to build and deliver useful and innovative features to customers across channels.
Evaluate the effectiveness of features and ways to improve them.
Collaborate with product leaders to build roadmaps, define processes, coordinate efforts to scope, schedule and deploy features sets, as well as analyzing cost/benefit of the feature selection and communicating results throughout the organization.
Lead the team to drive projects to completion and use your technical knowledge to coordinate and unblock across technical and business teams to deliver projects and roadmap commitments.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

6+ years of Technical Program Management experience in large, cross-functional projects.
Experience managing large scale development efforts using various tools.
Experience working across multiple technical and business teams.
Experience building roadmaps, as well as identifying and fixing technology process gaps.
Experience designing technical solutions.
Experience communicating with a wide range of teams and stakeholders.
Experience with mobile app and web teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor or Masters degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
Strong desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Deep understanding of technologies and solutions.
Background with mobile or web growth teams.
Experience prioritizing competing demands, scoping large efforts, and negotiating timelines.
Experience using reporting analytics and reporting tools like Tableau.
