DESCRIPTION
The F3 Grocery businesses are looking for an experienced Program Manager to own and improve initiatives that are central to the quality of the grocery shopping experience for Amazon. Catalog is foundational to Amazon retail, acting as the basis for both the customer and fulfillment shopper CX. In this role you will work closely with selection, inventory, launch management, operations, marketing, F3 in-store teams, and various product management teams across F3 to shape the catalog on Amazon. You will own programs that require your strategic direction, diving deep with customer data, and cross-team communication to deliver results for our grocery customers.
The team is looking for a leader who can develop and execute on a strong vision to drive step-change quality initiatives for Amazon's grocery businesses. We seek a self-starter who can quickly familiarize him/herself with this fast-paced environment, build relationships with cross-functional teams, and assume ownership within their programs which will require understanding of complex topics. Flexibility and the ability to prioritize will be key. Our team culture is goal-oriented, collaborative and driven to achieve results. You will be part of a high functioning team, but solely responsible for delivering on strategic goals with direct impact for our customers and shoppers.
Candidates should have experience working with product managers and technical teams and be familiar with their scoping and prioritization process. A strong presence and the ability to influence are critical, as working with a diverse set of stakeholders is a key aspect of this role. Candidates should demonstrate strong customer focus and discipline on setting, communicating and achieving deliverables upwards and laterally. The ability to understand how different areas of the business are interconnected across marketplaces will be key to develop a product vision. Candidates should have exceptional written communication skills and a proven track record of delivering projects from concept to launch.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree or 5+ years of professional or military experience
5+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel
*Bachelors degree and 3+ years of program management, product management, consulting, launch management or applicable experience; preferably within e-commerce
* Experience working with product managers / teams, and scoping / requesting tech features
* Experience drafting / communicating / establishing SOPs
* Proven record of innovation, regarding both new ideas and simplifying existing ones
* Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Familiarity with Amazon catalog tools and processes
* Experience working with Retail tools and/or Seller Central
* Experience in E-commerce, Inventory, Order Fulfillment, Delivery
* Ability to work independently with limited general supervision
* Ability to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders and drive resolution when conflicts or issues arise
* Basic SQL knowledge. Ability to dive deep and manipulate data to build a case for customers or develop an entitlement analysis
