We are looking for a talented and data-driven Senior Program Manager who will own the end-to-end delivery of key Business Intelligence initiatives. You will work with stakeholders from across IMDb and Amazon to find new ways to leverage IMDbs unique data to build products and features our customers love. You will leverage your strong technical knowledge and experience to solve complex challenges, expanding the impact big data has on IMDb. You will define and drive high-quality technology roadmaps, from concept to execution, owning program backlogs, and participating in regular agile planning and grooming sessions. You will help build customer acquisition and retention models, leveraging cohort analysis to provide predictive analytics. You will define new data quality and governance processes, ensuring our data is correct and secure. You should love working with business intelligence tools, modeling multi-dimensional datasets, and collaborating with business leaders to answer key business questions. You will play a critical role in defining and executing the teams long-term vision, ensuring our systems and processes are empowered to provide critical insights necessary to grow IMDb as the definitive source for worldwide entertainment.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior management
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
5+ years experience in program or project management or 3+ years of experience with an MBA
Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
5+ years experience delivering cross functional projects or 3+ years of experience with an MBA
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
Experience defining and executing against program requirements
2+ years of experience using SQL for data analysis within a business environment
Bachelors degree in business, finance, economics, computer science, or other highly quantitative field
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Masters degree in business, finance, economics, computer science, or other highly quantitative field
Understands database design and is able to spot risks, ask the right technical questions, and balance appropriate trade-offs
Experience managing big data technology product roadmaps from initial concept to launch
Knowledge and hands-on experience using business intelligence reporting tools (Tableau, etc.)
Familiarity with Data Science concepts, predictive analysis, ML modeling, A/B testing
Understanding of AWS technologies Redshift, S3, EC2, or other cloud technologies
Ability to look at potential solutions in unconventional ways, sees new opportunities to innovate and lead the way
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to convey key insights from complex analysis in summarized business terms, while also being able to effectively communicate with technical teams
