DESCRIPTION
Account Managers (AM) provide end-to-end support for implementation, optimizations, and maintenance of existing Partner programs. AMs engage with internal Program Design, Business Development, Operations, Tech and Financial teams to scope and execute programs and to ensure long term financial viability. Additionally, AMs coordinate Partner teams and are the initial point of contact for error and defect resolution. AMs must be familiar with the full suite of offerings provided by PillPack, have the ability to coordinate across a wide range of internal and external teams, and to communicate and present Program updates and statuses to multiple levels of stakeholders (both internal and external). By working with existing Partners, AMs surface new opportunities to the Business Development team and optimize accounts to continuously improve program ROI. The ideal candidate will have experience in: developing relationships across functional areas (Sales, Tech, Finance, etc), B2B project management, a proven track record of meeting and exceeding time bound goals, and have experience working with external partners.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Account Manager (AM) is the focal point for multiple, concurrent work-streams that vary in size and scope. The AM is accountable for the following aspects of each Program:
Implementation of net-new Partner programs
Existing program optimization and opportunity lead generation
Health and ROI of existing programs
Oversee project scheduling and timely delivery
Provide timely, clear and concise and complete communications to Partner and PillPack Leadership
Assess program risks, anticipate challenges, and request support in escalation management when necessary
Relay market needs and requirements back to internal PillPack teams
Boston, Phoenix, SLC, Manchester, and Austin are the preferred locations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years program or services delivery experience
B2B industry preferred
BA/BS degree
Desire to work in fast-paced, challenging environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively advise senior leadership
Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals
Proven ability to lead customer engagements
Strong ownership, bias for action and willingness to roll-up your sleeves
Ability to travel to Partner sites when required by project scope
