Job Summary





The Associate Campaign Manager, Marketing Management manages a group of clients by providing the holistic management of all program designs and marketing campaigns for the Card Services organization. This manifests itself in the establishment of vertical expertise within the execution space, management of internal/external stakeholders, and evolving a marketing execution stream that is expands/evolves with the organization.

Essential Job Functions

Marketing Program Planning and Oversight Assist in overseeing and monitoring project timelines and deliverables ensuring broad program oversight. Key point of contact with Partnership Marketing on program details and updates. Serves as primary communication vehicle for program set up and execution, from a management, delivery, and performance perspective. Build strong, credible relationships with key partners across the business to support involvement in the marketing campaign execution process. Holds self and others accountable for delivering successful launch and execution of the program design process. Holds internal groups/stakeholders accountable for timeline delivery of marketing program tasks.

Innovation / Continual Improvement Innovated and implement new processes, provide strategic support and vision. Strong understanding of marketing channels and best practices; Understanding of marketing KPIs, testing, optimization, and continual improvement. Understanding of marketing systems, workflow management, and CRM tools, platforms, and environments. Ability to document current processes as well as changes to process and procedures, and capacity documentation. Applies deep vertical execution knowledge to provide recommendations and inform best practices

Collaboration and Communication Builds cross functional relationships with vertical experts within the organization. Demonstrates outstanding relationship management using effective verbal and written communication skills.

Program Administration Assist in reviewing data and/or documentation to help assist in capacity planning for the Marketing Management organization. Create process documentation and assist in tracking needed for changes within the current platforms (e.g. BPM)

Project Management Assist with projects to deliver efficiencies and process improvements within the Marketing Management organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

4 years of experience (may include some classroom work)

in Credit card and retail industries with a focus on Marketing Operations / Campaign Management / Project Management.

Preferred Experience:

Associate Degree in Marketing, Business, Logistics, Communications, or equivalent work experience

PMP Certification Preferred

Education:

High School Diploma

Certifications:
