Airgas NorPac is seeking an Inside Sales Rep in Medford, OR.

Our Inside Sales Representatives sell industrial, medical and specialty gases, welding equipment, power and hand tools, and other supplies to customers. This Inside Sales Rep will also conduct the area VMI program, including delivery of product, restocking, and resupplying customer sites as necessary. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

* Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

* Order entry, process cash and charge orders; assist with reconciliation of cash and bank deposits.

* Provide timely communication back to distribution manager or customers salesman regarding any changes related to the customer.

* Communicate by phone, e-mail and in person with customers, sales staff, store managers and others, inquiring about and providing information on cost, ordering and delivery times, etc.

* First point of contact with Airgas customers for all welding hard goods and safety supplies related issues regarding Vending Machines and Vendor Managed Inventory bins.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* High School Diploma or GED;

* Ability to handle cash transactions accurately;

* SAP experience (preferred);

* Basic computer skills (i.e. Window Applications);

* Must maintain a clean driving record;

* Must be able to work in a drug-free environment.
