You are:
An operations strategy enthusiast and you are passionate about improving operations performance in any industry and any function. You enjoy creating strategies to help clients deliver products or services better than the competition. You like being a part of teams that create value for our clients every time. And youve got the people skills to match, so you can convince clients that new approaches will help them.

The work:
Use your analytical skills to determine how companies create value through their operations
Understand their impediments to profitable growth and agility
Persuade senior clients and Accenture managers about the benefit of new approaches
Decide what methods and procedures to use when completing projects
Work alone or manage small diverse teams as needed, either at the client or at Accenture
Make sure that projects help clients meet their important goals
Give clients insights that help make their companies work better, faster, and more efficiently
Use digital tech to help clients make their organizations more effective and efficient
Lead workshops that find ways to make client processes more efficient
Be ready to rack up those air miles with client visits Monday to Friday

Racking-up those air miles will have to wait, as weekly non-essential travel to client sites Monday through Thursday is currently suspended. For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Qualifications

Heres what you need:
At least 2 years experience in operations, continuous improvement, or related fields
At least 2 years working as a consultant
A Bachelors Degree
Must be proficient in MS Excel
Some experience with Hypotheses Development and Issue Based Problem Solving

Bonus points if:
You can use the latest data analytics tools to spot where clients can improve their operations
Youre as good at communicating with clients as you are at data analysis
Youve ever helped develop a business Operating Model
