Youre as comfortable leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. And you possess the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game. Ready to put your talents to work in an information systems environment?

The Work:

* Apply skills in SAP applications process design and configuration; SAP HANA design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and SAP HANA technical architecture.
* Design, implement and deploy SAP solutions for our customers across industries, including SAP S/4 HANA, SAP BW/4 HANA, SAP Enterprise HANA and SAP Analytics solutions (SAP BOBJ, SAP Analytics Cloud).
* Identifies, assesses, and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
* Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals.
* Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.
* Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
* Independently manage project teams for complete end-to-end engagements, following leading practices and coordinating resources.

For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Qualifications

Heres What You Need

* Minimum 8 years of SAP project experience
* Minimum 5 years of BI and Analytics, data warehousing and database concepts experience
* Experience with SAP HANA S/4 (CDS Views), SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BW/4HANA / S/4HANA
* Implementation experience with SAP Smart Data Integration (SDI), Smart Data Quality (SDQ) or SAP BODS
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Bonus Points If:

* Full lifecycle project implementation experience with SAP HANA SQL and/or SAP S/4 HANA
* Client facing consulting experience
* Experience with data integration from multiple source systems
* SAP Predictive Analytics
* SAP HANA Vora and SAP Smart Data Access
* Experience with database development using Big Data/Cloud technology (AWS, Azure, GCP)
* Design expertise in using HANA specific UI tools Fiori, Web UI, SAP
