Corporate Functions Marketing + Communications
As part of this team, youll play a key role in helping Accenture execute its strategy. Youll work with a diverse team of innovative marketing experts who focus on the following areas: global brand management and advertising; global events and sponsorships; internal communications; marketing research; media and industry analyst relations; corporate and financial communications; internet marketing; recruitment marketing; client-centric marketing; and industry, service line and geographic marketing campaigns.
YOUR ROLE: Co-Creation Facilitator

What is Co-Creation, you ask? You might know it as Design Thinking, creative facilitation, planning or running workshops. Its all about creating and leading teams through highly facilitated activities that help solve problems by moving along a journey from discovery and ideation to creating testable solutions all in a fast-paced, highly interactive environment.
Were looking for a Co-Creation Facilitator to join our team someone who gets butterflies when theyre given a problem their peers dread a problem that can only be solved by Co-Creation processes and activities.
Is this you?
As our new Co-Creation Facilitator, youll get support and coaching from our Leads as you host initial conversations [with internal and external clients] to draw out the problem then youll take a first pass at designing a program [run-of-show] to rapidly ideate and validate high quality ideas. After coaching from a Lead, youll facilitate the session with their support over time, becoming front-and-center as you help groups get to a set of recommendations. Youll also get to work with fascinating experts from all over the world AI-wizards, culture-shapers and CEO-whisperers in every industry from biotech to automotive.
If this is you, it means your facilitation skills are developing. You confidently lead small groups and youre eager to lead larger, more senior programs. You ask insightful questions that get to the root of a nuanced problem without jumping to an answer. You have a point-of-view on how to turn big business problems into bite-sized group exercises leading to clear, actionable outcomes. You see through the noise and actively listen to understand the real problem, making the complex simple, in real time.
Like us, youre an optimistic-strategist you can be a dreamer, a realist and a critic all in the same day. Youre genuinely curious about how businesses run and operate the new business models, products, systems and technology that change the way people work and live. You think like an entrepreneur, finding needs and filling needs and looking for ways to de-risk projects through experimentation.
Youre highly attuned to the needs of others and even in a room of dominant personalities you help everyone feel comfortable and safe to share especially in high pressure situations. You support and challenge others to think critically while keeping an open mind and removing your own ego.
For being such a big thinker, youre also surprisingly rigorous about the details youre very Steve Jobs-y in that way. In a workshop you have backup plans for each exercise and each potential tech fail and know the agenda minute-by-minute. We welcome your ambition!
Do you secretly wish you had your own TED Talk or helped other people create theirs? Thats a good sign. We need our Facilitators to be actively developing their communication skills crafting strategy decks that tell a powerful written and visual story and finding the most unique messages in a sea of content. Youll create a point-of-view on each readout and seek coaching from a Lead before delivering to clients.

Our Co-Creation people come from many different backgrounds. You might be a strategist or consultant at a Design Thinking agency like Frog, Ideo, Fjord or ?WhatIf!. You might be an entrepreneur freelancing or running your own agency or startup. You might have certifications or a masters degree in Design Thinking or you might be self-taught, going to conferences and geeking out on business books.

Qualifications

YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications
* Minimum of 4+ years of overall work experience
* Minimum of 2+ years of experience working on co-creation-based programs.
Professional Skills
* Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
* Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
