The Work:

* Work closely with Diversity Recruiting Lead to develop and execute strategic diversity recruiting initiatives for entry and experienced level hiring needs
* Manage existing diversity partnerships with large national organizations (Latinas in Tech, Prospanica, Blacks in Cybersecurity, BWISE, etc.) as well as develop relationships with organizations at the local chapter levels in the DC, San Antonio, TX, and St. Louis, MO areas
* Plan and execute diversity recruitment events and programs to include AFS participation in large, diversity conferences with an experienced hire focus (AfroTech, Latinas in Tech, ALPFA, etc.)
* Establish and track success metrics and ROI for all the diversity recruiting events and initiatives
* Collaborate with our Accenture North America diversity recruiting team on joint events to ensure a seamless candidate experience as we go to market as One Accenture
* Serve as a knowledgeable, trusted advisor to our recruiters, Diversity Champions and ERG members regarding diversity recruiting efforts
* Prepare and deliver reporting on key metrics and project status for the Diversity Recruiting Lead; present updates on diversity efforts and events to AFS recruiting leadership
* Engage with and advocate for top diversity talent to drive hires across all AFS capabilities and portfolios.

Qualifications

Heres what you need:

* 3 years experience in any of the following areas: Recruiting, HR, or Human Capital Consulting
* Experience developing and partnering with professional diversity organizations (locally or nationally)
* Experience with data tracking, analysis and presenting results to leadership.

Bonus Points:

* Prior Diversity Conference or I&D recruiting experience
* Strong relationship management skills
* Strong project management skills

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
