Job Description
* Collects, processes, inputs, and organizes documentation from various sources and stakeholders for invoicing.
* Processes contractor invoices within specific time frames in order to maintain efficiency and timeliness of documentation, submissions, invoicing and reporting.
* Progress billings, requests for information and change documents, and reconciles invoices.
* Tracks and monitors and/or collaborates with accounting to ensure documentation meets compliance requirements
* Demonstrates a positive and professional attitude, maintaining composure under pressure.
* Shares subject matter expertise in order to support teamwork and deliver results.
* Demonstrates willingness and ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally to obtain information or solve problems in support of the teams goals.
* Exercises discretion and integrity with highly confidential and sensitive information.
* Ability to learn and use a variety of software, tools and systems necessary to meet business needs.
* Ability to build relationships and collaborate within a team, internally and externally.
* The selected candidate must be able to perform work accurately and completely, prioritize work, complete assignments in a timely manner, and adjust as needed.
* Comfortable reviewing reports, documentation, and analyzing data.
* Providing additional support to team as needed.
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or GED.
* 2+ years of invoicing experience
* Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent customer service, communication, and organization skills
